Please note that any products or associated services you order through the Site are subject to our Terms of Sale, while the use of your personal information submitted to or via the Site is governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using the Site, you acknowledge and agree that we will not be held liable for any unavailability, modification, suspension, or withdrawal of the Site or its features, sections, or content, whether it affects you directly or any third party.

What you are allowed to do

Any content falling under these categories is considered Prohibited Content.

• Spam or Solicitation: User Submissions must not contain unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, marketing, promotional material, or other forms of solicitation (spam).

By submitting any User Submission, you grant us and our affiliates a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, and fully sub-licensable right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display the User Submission (in whole or in part). This includes the right to incorporate it into other works, regardless of form, media, or technology. Furthermore, you waive any moral rights you may have in the User Submission or to be identified as its author.

While we do not pre-screen User Submissions, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to delete, edit, or modify any User Submission you submit and/or to close any topic at any time without prior notice.

General

The following provisions outline the limitations and exclusions of our liability to you:

Our liability to you cannot be limited or excluded in the following cases:

• Death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
• Fraudulent misrepresentation.
• Breach of any term implied by the Consumer Rights Act 2015, where such limitation or exclusion is prohibited by law.
• Any other liability that may not be limited or excluded by law.
• If you are a consumer and not a business user, we shall not be liable to you for any business losses. If you are a business user, we shall not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential losses, or for any loss of profit, revenue, contracts, data, goodwill, or similar losses. Our liability for losses suffered by you is strictly limited to losses that were reasonably foreseeable.

These terms are governed by English law, and you agree that any dispute between you and us concerning these terms or the Site will be resolved exclusively by the English courts.
