In accordance with EU law, you have the right to return any product within 14 days from the date of purchase.

For a full refund, the returned product must be in its original condition, which means it must be in a resalable state.

Please note that opened products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons. We are unable to make exceptions in this regard.

It's important to be aware that any original shipping costs are non-refundable. Additionally, Beard Surgeon does not cover handling charges or return shipping costs.

To initiate a return, please use our AFTERCARE system to submit your returns claim.

• Total delivery time = processing + transit time + any courier delays.
• Total delivery time excludes weekends and bank holidays.
• The transit times quoted are what is promised by our couriers, please bear in mind these may be subject to delays on their end for a variety of reasons which will be out of our control.
